By booking services with Eva Cool Care, you agree to the following:

  1. Services are provided at the address you provide and at the scheduled time.

  2. Any changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. Prices for services are clearly listed on our website; additional work may incur extra charges, which will be communicated before execution.

  4. Prime Air Cond is not responsible for pre-existing damage to AC units or related property.
